How often will I get the Blockhead box?

 Boxes will ship between  the 18th and 20th of every month!
Each box is packed with high quality dog treats, durable chew and toys and a few surprises for you.

Orders placed after the 17th will be delivered the following month. (Example: If you order on January 18th you will receive the February box that ships February 18th-20th.)

The subscription renewal date is on the 28th of each month. 


How does it help dogs?

 A portion of the proceeds from every box is used to help rescue organizations, humane law enforcement and humane education to combat illegal dog fighting and animal cruelty. Thank you for supporting our mission to help dogs in need! 

What if my dog has allergies?

Subscription products will ask you about your dog's allergies. If you are purchasing a "one-time only" product then  please contact us at and we will be happy to accommodate your dog's allergy needs.

Are the toys and chews durable?

The Blockhead Box team always chooses the most durable toys on the market for aggressive chewers. Per manufacturer advisory, no product is indestructible .  In fact, your dog may destroy everything except rocks and metal. It's ok. That's what happens to chew toys. 

Please supervise pets at all times with chew products.

Animal chews and bones are consumable and meant to be destroyed. We do not use rawhide chews in the Blockhead Box.

Because we pick the highest quality toys no product refunds will be given by Blockhead Box for toys that are worn down by chewing. However, if your dog destroys the toy beyond use within the first 10 days please feel free to contact us and we will send you a different toy.  Please contact the manufacturer for product warranties after that time.  

How do I skip a month or modify my subscription?

Need to take a break or want to change some of your information? Simply log into your account to skip a month or modify your subscription in anyway. Can't figure it out? Email us at and we'd be happy to help.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

 Cancellations must be processed before the 28th of the month.

Cancellations on 1, 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions will cancel the next renewal not the upcoming month delivery. (Example: A 12 month subscription started on January 28, 2017 will renew on January 28, 2018. If the subscription is cancelled in June then boxes will continue to ship until the 12 month renewal date expires.) 

A cancellation does not generate a refund. It only cancels the subscription.

Changing your renewal date does not cancel your subscription. This will only postpone your renewal to the next month.

Refunds on partially fulfilled 3, 6 and 12 month subscription orders will revert to the monthly subscription rate for all shipped boxes. 

6 and 12 month subscriptions that are cancelled early and a refund is requested will be billed for half the subscription amount whether or not those boxes have shipped. (ex. If a 12 month subscription is cancelled in the first month and a refund is requested then the remaining 5 boxes will be billed at the monthly rate and the customer will receive the balance refunded to them.)
